As I was taking a break I believe the Lord let me know he wants me to add
Voice of the Martyrs to this gift catalog page. <b>Although Richard Wurmbrand
is no longer with us, his influence remains great.  I read his book,
<u>Tortured for Christ</u>, in June of 1972. Until then, I had not realized
that people were without a Bible in their own language in closed countries</b>.
Within minutes of having finished the book, I found a Bible bookstore in
Jerusalem where I was at the time, and bought 30 copies each of Bibles in
the languages of the countries I planned to visit shortly. One of the
languages was Bulgarian and I had an unplanned visit with the Bulgarian 
police. While they shouted "Bibles!" trying to scare me, I ran my hands
over them and replied, "The Word of God!" After an extended period of
time I procured from them the permission to pray for them as atheists
until Bulgaria was free! I write this just to let you know the power of 
his book and that the Lord may have a plan for your life you don't know 
about yet.<br><br>
